Elit pushes the limits of what it means to be a vodka, made with single source grain harvest using cutting edge technology inspired by ancient vodka-making techniques. The grains are harvested from specially chosen fertile black soil that is ideal for growing ultra-high quality grain. The carefully selected grains are slowly fermented before being distilled three times to create a spirit that has no traceable methanol. The distilled spirit is blended with artesian water from deep below the earth and purified through super fine quartz sand and Birchwood Charcoal to produce an untainted spirit. Inspired by ancient vodka making techniques, it goes through a freeze filtration process at -18°C to remove any detectable impurities that may be left. Elit has won numerous awards for its quality and design including BTI’s Best Vodka for the 10th consecutive year in 2021.
