Perfect for refreshing summer cocktails : topped up with Tonic Water and lime or mixed with fresh rasp-berries, honey and soda, garnished with mint.

Nose

Fresh, delicate nose, with hints of sweet raspberry and zesty lime.

Palate

Starts soft with a distinct floral sweetness and hints juicy fruit and fresh lime. Warm aromatic spice from juniper berries. Wheat and Rye base brings aromatic fresh cut fennel and mint notes.

1 part fresh lime juice

1 part simple syrup (or agave nectar)

4 parts chilled Stoli® Ginger Beer

½ part fresh lime juice

Build over ice in a copper mug & garnish with a lime wedge.
